Oliver and his brother, Otis, were both surrendered to the pound for no fault of their own. When good pets are surrendered, it is either the owner is ill, died or due to a serious financial hardship. They are both great cats according to the foster and love to be loved on. It would be great if they went into a home together although we have found that his brother has been hiding whenever he has been where he does not know anyone. Adopting both would surely be a blessing and a discount.
