Chester showed up outside the Piedmont city (kill) pound and no one claimed him. No, we did not declaw him. We would NEVER do that to a cat. It is very painful for them, however, he is already declawed so he has to go to a home that will absolutely keep him inside the home and safe from anything he would have to defend himself against.

Special Needs: He seems to be deaf. Needs an atmosphere he can trust. He will likely need some time to get used to you and once he does, he will be rubbing you to be pet when he sees you.
