We think “Charlie” has a history. Not exactly sure what it is. His owner died, however, rumor has it she just got him. Ok, we were told he was not neutered. Then we find a tell tale tip clip on his ear, which means he was indeed neutered under a trap and release program. That’s usually done on ferals but this guy is NOT feral any longer, if he ever was. At any rate, he is a sweetheart and deserves a nice safe home to live in from now on.
