When Princess Penny was accepted into PPP'S care, she was terribly thin, her nails were over grown, and she had not had any vetting that we were aware of. She is now up to date on all her vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, nails trimmed and is gaining weight. She has turned out to be a very loving little girl.
