Chester was from an elderly couple when the husband died amd having been the primary caretaker of Chester and 2 other small dogs, the wife was unable to care for all 3. She chose to send Chester and his daughter to rescue and keep the mama. A sad situation, all around but he is very adaptable and adoptable because he gets along with everything that includes cats, other dogs, and has been around children in his foster home. He seems to be very healthy and ready to live out the rest of his life, which can likely be at least till he is 15 so he still have a lot of potential life and love to give. He has been neutered, given a dental, tested neg for HW, given HW and Flea/tick preventative and all his vaccinations and rabies certificate.
